We offer a bountiful breakfast menu at Casa Escondida bed and breakfast, our New Mexico inn. It is served family-style in our sunny breakfast room from 8:15 - 9:15 AM. A different hot entrée is served each day. To start each morning, we offer fresh-brewed coffee, a selection of fine teas, cappuccino, hot chocolate, chai, and chilled orange juice. This is accompanied with fresh seasonal fruits and then followed with the hot entrée of the morning. Side dishes may be smoked sausage, honey-cured ham, herb breakfast potatoes, or one of our varieties of fresh-baked breakfast breads. Green chili quiche, strawberry pancakes, Spanish eggs, cinnamon French toast, or eggs Florentine are just a sampling of our signature recipes. Of course, cold cereals and oatmeal are available daily, as well. Coffee and teas are ready at 7 AM for the early birds.
